Daily blog 27 (and actifit)

This evening was the first time in about a month now that I've been relaxed and not had a solid ball of stress knotting up my stomach. 

Sadly it came at the cost of cancelling all my weekend plans. But what it did mean was that I could actually take my time on some work and end the day having done it right for once. Also I had three pints, it might be the fact that I had three pints, maybe I should just drink away my stress more often. No it was definitely the work  I've stress drunk before and it's never ended well. 

Ok here's the plan for the weekend. 

1. Head into the office tomorrow morning, finalise comments on a paper and send it off

2. Protest this whole Brexit fuck up thing, in what is likely to be the biggest protest our country has ever seen. 

3. Pub

4. Research the science of estimating crowd size (yes there's a science of estimating crowd size), in order to reliably defend 2.

4. Plan lecture for Monday on something that is dull and I'm bored of talking about now (week 10 of 12, almost there now)
