Esta es la técnica del 'Lo siento'. Te voy a explicar exactamente cómo funciona ésta técnica y los tres pasos para implementarla. Si llevas años sin poder superar algo, te está costando mucho superar relaciones o algo del pasado, el miedo al qué dirán, lo que sea, te va a ayudar. La técnica del 'Lo siento': El otro día subí una frase, no se cuantos de ustedes lo vieron, a instagram y a facebook donde decía algo así como que 'No es hasta que la muerte los separe' es 'Hasta que la lección se aprenda'. Pero escribí mal la palabra muerte, cambié dos letras de lugar y decía 'murete' en lugar de 'muerte'. El 99% de los comentarios eran increíbles diciendo que les gustaba la reflexión. Enrique, me gusta lo que haces, etc... Pero había como un pequeño porcentaje de personas que más que enfocarse en el mensaje, porque el mensaje se entendía claramente, pues estaban enfocados en el error que yo había tenido.
