I've been eyeing the shares of a group of specialist clinics that i went to earlier in the year. The clinic was packed - standing room only. Despite this, their share price has fallen by almost 20% this year. They have no debt and are expanding, recently acquiring a clinic in a neighboring country. Seems like a good buy but i though't i'd pen down my thought process before pulling the trigger.

## Pros:
- No debt
- High profit margin (~30+%)
- P/E below industry average
- Strong brand name of clinics
- Government subsidy for treatments mean $$$
- Room for regional expansion into Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand

## Cons:
- Hard to expand... buying out another clinic is the only way
- Relatively low barrier to entry. A new batch of specialists are churned out every year
- Pool of less than 10 doctors running their own clinics. What if one leaves?

## Thoughts?
This would be the second healthcare company i've invested in. For the first one, which made me some decent money, i only considered the low P/E ratio and the high foot traffic at the hospital. Does anyone have any set of metrics to look at when investing in a hospital?
