# Having a drink 
_In a popular pub down the road_ 

## Things do change, dont they? 
**"_Would you like a little salt around the rim_?" The young female bartender asked with a mysterious smile on her face. "_What!? No young lady, I most certainly wont_!" And while I almost shouted my reply, to answer to her indecent proposal, I could not help but to observe her from top to bottom and back. "_Honestly, you young people these days, it is all about filth and extremes, isnt it_!?" She raised an eyebrow and looked at me with her mouth slightly opened.** 

"_Did you honestly believe I would let a lovely young gal like you do such a nasty thing, even if I was into doing such kind of dirty deeds_...?" She started to develope quite the frown on her face, as if I had just crushed her perverted dream. Now why on earth would I even consider such a nasty thing. Salt, around the rim? For what? That would surely feel unpleasent, to state the least. 

Youngsters these days, everything has to be extreme. As if one cannot experience life to the fullest when living conservative and traditionally. "_Well sir, do you prefer some salt on the rim_?", she asked, while moving the salt-shaker up and down in front of my face. "_No, I wont let you anywhere near my bottom young lady_!" I answered her while I raised my hand as a kind of stop sign. 

Then she laughed outloud, pointed at my glass of '_pernod_' and said: "_On the rim of your glass Sir, on the rim of your glass..._" 

She shook her head while she walked away to serve another customer. Leaving the salt-shaker on the bar in front of me. And I decided that it was really time for me to head back home.
