Monomad Photographic Contest: Bird's Head on Wheels

During the [GOGBOT festival](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GOGBOT) in Enschede, The Netherlands, you can see all sorts of contraptions and robotics in action.

One of the weirder things I saw was this bird's head on a remote-controlled platform. It doesn't seem to serve any particular purpose, so it must be art, and it was on the streets, so ...
