Texturas de Paria 7 / Maíz
De tantas impresiones que se pueden recoger en el mercado de Río Caribe, una que no puede faltar si de texturas se trata es la de la concha del maíz. Es áspera, algo pilosa y barbada. Esconde un tesoro dulce y amarillo que es muy importante para nosotros.
Dejo a foto que hice en aquella ocasión de mis vacaciones del 2015; otra textura de Paria.

Durante un robo, perdí mi cámara y mi computador con todos mis archivos. De manera que publicaré estas fotos con muy pocos datos, pero me parece que vale la pena.
La fotografía fue tomada con una cámara Sony Dsc H300.

Espero que estos detalles de Paria los impresionen tanto como a mí.

Hola, @octocel. El maíz es una de nuestras cosechas más importantes. Representa el sustento desde muchos puntos de vista por lo que es a su vez un símbolo de la creación del hombre. 
La contradicción de su aspereza por fuera y la suavidad del grano por dentro llama la atención. Buena selección para representar tus "texturas".

Muero por ir a Paria. Sí que es un tesoro, me encanta el maíz, dulce y nutritivo. Me provoca una torta, unas cachapas o unas arepas de maíz pilao. Espero seguir viendo más fotos sobre cosas valiosas.

Tu fotografía capta con mucha precisión la textura de las conchas de la mazorca, como se le dice coloquialmente, que se combina con ese color verde tan característico y su forma. El maíz es míticamente nuestra materia originaria, así lo pensaban los mayas (de su masa se hizo el hombre que permaneció), y algo de eso también nos corresponde pues la importancia del maíz en nuestra gastronomía es innegable.
