On this match week, we start things off with Villarreal at the Ceramics Stadium as they hosted Alavés on Friday which went down in favour of Villarreal as they beat Alavés by 4 goals to 1

Leganés pushed their luck at the Bumper Stadium when they welcome Mallorca to face off in a tight game. Both teams were all over themselves but Leganés were able to edge passed Mallorca by a goal to nothing.

Real Valladolid hosted Eibar in this fixture of the LaLiga match week 10. Playing at the José Zorrilla is a dangerous playground for Eibar and a difficult place it can turn out to be sometimes. Real Valladolid with a win in this fixture as they were able to beat the visitors by 2 goals to nothing.

Hot and cold blowing Athletico Madrid were able to find their mojo against Athletic at the Wanda Metropolitano. The home team kept on pushing and knockin the door for a win and a win they got in this matchup. Winning by 2 goals to nothing should be a confidence boost for them.

It has been all home team getting the glory since the beginning of this match week fixtures but Celta were unable to follow the path as they were unable to beat Real Sociedad on Sunday. Falling to a 1 nil deficit at home is nothing more but ba news for Celta.
Meanwhile, Granada were strict enough not to permit the same fate against Betis. Hosting Betis at the Nuevo Los Cármenes, Granada didn't give Betis the chance to operate on their terms. A tight one thou as the game ended 1-0 to Granada.

Espanyol failed to respect Levante at the Ciutat de Valencia. The visitors were careful and precise to be able to snatch a victory away from home. A good outing for the visitors and a deserved win also.

Sevilla were too strong for Getafe. Getafe tried to throw all they have in their arsenal but Sevilla showed class and quality which handed them a deserved victory at home as they saw the visitors off with a 2 goals to nothing victory.
Osasuna at the El Sadar became a sensation against Valencia. The home team showed a great teamwork when they hosted Valencia and thereby dismissing the visitors in styles.

To the big one of match week 10, The El-classico. Scheduled to take place at the Camp Nou but for security reasons, the game was postponed.
