well after talking about all other foods here we have some foods that are very low in carbs but super healthy too plus most of them are low in carbs but are very high in fiber and the first one is the bell pepper  you see it has antioxidants  like carotenoids that will help with inflammation in your body which will also help with things like cancer plus will protect from oxidative damage too, also just one cup of bell peppers is only like 9-10grams of carbs  and a1/4 of that is fiber  plus as and added beneifit you will get also  about 300%of vitamin C for the day from just one cup of bell peppers so as you can see bell peppers are very high in vitamin C more so than oranges too.
