Good evening everyone!  A few days ago, a contest was launched in the Steemingcurators community, in which any author can take part.  Authors, in this competition, you can express all your thoughts on improving the platform!

 So today I will do this.


 What improvements would I like to see on the Steemit.com social platform?

 First of all, contests, a lot of contests!  When an author is a beginner on the platform, he does not know how to blog, what to write about.  It is participation in competitions that will push him to further actions.  I would like as many thematic communities as possible to publish according to their interests.  And I would also like the platform to have a referral system with the encouragement of two parties: the one who invited and the one who registered by invitation.

 Now a little about the cons, this is just my opinion.  It is a little upsetting that there are no private messages on the platform.  Sometimes I really want to write to the author directly in private messages.  It is not always possible to find an author outside the platform and communicate with him.

 And one more unpleasant fact that I would least like to see on the platform:

 The screenshot shows that these authors have a low rating.  As you can imagine, these are inactive users, they do not publish anything, do not comment, but simply put minuses.  I know that @kiwi-crypto is fighting these spammers, he is doing a good deed, but personally these disadvantages upset me.  Then I look and think: "What did you do wrong?"


 How can community governance be improved?
 I noticed that when you go to any community, only those posts that are in the top or are generously rewarded are displayed in the feed.  To see new posts by authors, you need to move the slider to "new".  It's not hard at all, but it doesn't work.  Agree, this is not very convenient.  I don't know how to fix this, but I describe the problem that I often encounter.

 As a representative of the country of Ukraine and the curator of the @steemcurator06 account, I use the #ukraine tag instead of clicking "new" in the community feed.  It takes a lot of time.


 How to improve the blockchain experience?

 Fortunately, more and more users are appearing on the platform and I want to support each of them.  Just imagine, the author writes high-quality content, he wants to be encouraged, but there are many authors, and there is only one curator.  Voting for all good posts is not realistic, because curation is not rubber.

 It would be nice if there was an opportunity to increase the number of curators.  In general, a chic option if there were curators by country, that is, each country has its own curator.  There is a country, a community, and a curator.  In this case, any author would be appreciated.  I may be wrong, but this is my vision.  Because curating authors on certain days doesn't always reward really cool content.

Всем добрый вечер! В сообществе Steemingcurators несколько дней назад стартовал конкурс, в котором принять участие может любой автор. Авторы, в этом конкурсе вы можете высказать все свои мысли по улучшению платформы! 

Вот сегодня я этим и займусь. 


Какие улучшения я бы хотела видеть на социальной платформе Steemit.com?

В первую очередь конкурсы, много конкурсов! Когда автор на платформе новичок, он не знает как вести блог, о чем писать. Именно участие в конкурсах подтолкнут его к дальнейшим действиям. Хотелось бы как можно больше тематических сообществ, чтобы публиковаться согласно своим интересам. А ещё хотелось бы чтобы на платформе была реферальная система с поощрением двух сторон: того кто пригласил и того, кто зарегистрировался по приглашению. 

Теперь немного о минусах, это только мое мнение. Немного огорчает тот факт, что на платформе нет личных сообщений. Иногда очень хочется написать автору напрямую в личные сообщения. Не всегда можно найти автора вне платформы и пообщаться с ним. 

И ещё один неприятный факт, который меньше всего хотелось бы видеть на платформе:

Вот на скриншоте видно, что у данных авторов низкий рейтинг. Как вы понимаете, это неактивные пользователи, они ничего не публикуют, не комментируют, а просто ставят минусы. Я знаю, что @kiwi-crypto борется с этими спамерами, он делает благое дело, но лично меня эти минусы расстраивают. Я потом смотрю и думаю: "что сделала не так?" 


Как возможно улучшить управление сообществ?
Заметила, когда заходишь в любое сообщество, в ленте отображаются только те посты, которые в топе, либо щедро вознаграждены. Чтобы увидеть новые посты авторов, нужно передвигать ползунок на "новое". Это совсем не сложно, но, он не срабатывает. Согласитесь, это не совсем удобно. Как это исправить, я не знаю, но описываю ту проблему, с которой часто сталкиваюсь. 

Как представитель страны Украина и куратор акаунта @steemcurator06, я прибегаю к курированию по тегу #ukraine, вместо того, чтобы нажать в ленте сообщества "новое". Это занимает много времени. 


Как улучшить опыт взаимодествия с блокчейном?

К счастью на платформе появляется все больше пользователей и каждого из них хочется поддержать. Вот представьте, автор пишет качественный контент, его хочется поощрить, но авторов много, а куратор один. Голосование за все хорошие посты не реально, потому, что курирование не резиновое. 

Было бы хорошо, чтобы появилась возможность увеличить число кураторов. Вообще шикарный вариант, если были бы кураторы по странам, то есть у каждой страны свой куратор. Есть страна, сообщество и куратор. В этом случае любой автор был бы оценён. Возможно я ошибаюсь, но это мое видение. Потому, что курирование авторов по определенным дням не всегда поощряет действительно крутой контент.
