Hello friends in Steem, yesterday was busy day for in School, so I didn't get chance to take pics for my Diary, having lessons in class from 7 am to 3:30 pm. We are not even allowed to use phones in class unless we close. Yet others hide and use. I even forgot to take my phone to school yesterday.

Well, today is Saturday, I was having some freedom to do my own stuff. I woke up late since there was no pressure on me to go to school. At 7 am, I went and brushed my teeth and washed my face waiting for my breakfast.

My Mom was very busy washing so I decided to cook some food. How I was very hungry I didn't want to stress myself of cooking food that will exhaust much of my time. Tea too is very light to sustain me till 12 noon. I decided to cook rice and add raw grinded pepper, onion and tomatoes. I will then fry egg which would supplement as protein.

For the start, inset fire, put base of my silver on it to heat for a while. I pour small quantity of oil into it and added my chopped onion. When the onion was fried for a while, I then poured my rice about 1 & half cup which would be sufficient for my family.  I steamed with the oil for about 2mins and added water, about the same quantity as the rice. I covered the silver with its lid and stood beside it for sometime

I began grinding my raw pepper, onion and tomatoes. I added small salt as we like. I grinded it well for all the seeds of pepper and tomatoes to disappear. 


Few minutes, the rice was well cooked. It was time for me to fry my eggs with small hot oil in saucepan. I took off the rice from the fire, since it was the fire that would be needed for the frying of the eggs. When the oil was heated, I split open the egg into a bowl and added small salt to give it taste. This was just some 3mins frying.

It was time for me to enjoy my food. I fetched the quantity that I felt I could eat and left some for my mother and my Brothers and Sisters. Wow, the taste of the food is good.

Later, I joined my Mom to wash the clothes. While washing, my Mom too stopped, came and took her breakfast. In the afternoon, I studied my subject areas small. The rest of the activities were scheduled to evening time.


This is how I ended my day. Thanks to all friends in Steem.
