My Health Status Update | Sat Aug 18 2018 20:00:24 GMT+0100 (WAT)

So my day went like one of those beautiful Saturday and weekend you plan all the things to be done but started messing it up by staying awake late into the early hours of the morning. 

I even managed to wake up quite on time despite sleeping very late. But the truth is that one can never cheat on nature. That is exactly the lesson I was thought today. 

I struggled through everything l planned till my body started dissociating from itself. Headache, malaise and sluggishness fired at me and I just new it was time to surrender. I slept for few hours, l felt much better but never as sound.
