Это один из видов децентрализованного хранение данных, в котором используются цепочки блоков.
Это можно сравнить с дневником, в котором каждая строчка является блоком, а сам дневник храниться и поддерживается большим количеством компьютеров.

### Зачем такое счастье нам нужно?


Для того, чтобы хранить историю изменений базы данных со стопроцентной прозрачностью.

##### Как использовать?


Вот представьте, некий Вася должен тебе $1000. Расписку ты конечно же по дружбе не взял или, как всегда, взял, но забыл куда, положил ,ну и свидетелей у вас тоже нет. Спустя некоторое время нарисовался Васька. И сказал, что это все чепуха, и тебе все приснилось. В итоге, ты остался с носом, а Вася с твоими деньгами. Именно в этом случае необходимость блокчейна так велика. Ведь миллионы блоков будут свидетельствовать вашу сделки. И Васек, твой друг, не будет страдать амнезией.

##### На заметку

Я не уверен, заменит ли блокчейн реальную финансовую систему, но наверняка заменит то , что каждому из нас необходимо: конфиденциальность, прозрачность и точность.
