We discussed how to form the Polyethylene Continuous Sheets from HDPE pellets using the Extruder.
Today we'll be dealing with the remaining processes involved in turning the sheets to bags, otherwise known as NYLON

Remember our sheets.

First will have to cut the sheets to suitable lenghts, which cannot be done singularly. Hence the purpose of a Simple Cutting Machine

The rolls are attached to the contained section where the sheet is then attached to the winder

These winder could be adjusted symmetrical to give a suitable length for the finished nylon .

Also, there a meter which counts the number of rotations, that is the amount of pieces per tangle on the winder.

After the winding the edge is cut carefully with a large scissors.

NOW THE SEALING
Manual Sealing
We have the manual sealing machine

At the workplace (the top) there's the Tefron, Eement and Sealing Board
The Tefron is where the work(cut Nylon) lies during sealing.
The Element is a thin wire that partially fries the edge of the Nylon, causing the seal.
And the Sealing Board is where the above components lie.

The cut sheet are placed on the tefron one after the other and sealed consecutively. The movement of the top Tefron is controlled by a pedal at the feet section.

After this, we have our desire product

They are then bundled and moved to wholesale sites or distributors, where they are sold in bundles.

It should be noted that the entire process can be done automatically by an Automatic Cutting Machine, which cuts and seals at once.
