The book of Numbers 13 tells us how God, instructing Moses to send a man out of every tribe to spy out the Canaan land. These twelve men were to gain access to Canaan and give Moses feedback. So, when they returned back to the camp with the feedback of their close observations, they all confirmed that Canaan is an exceptional country; a land that flows with milk and honey and they even presented some of its fruit as proof to Moses.

But sadly, ten out of the twelve spies express their weakness, and how the inhabitants of Canaan were incessive, and how gigantic and well fortified their cities were. Worst yet, they still lamented how panic gripped their hearts when they sighted the source of the giant, Anak in the land. Their upsetting report is in Numbers 13:31, 33. This news of darkness of how the land greedy its inhabitants bring discouragements to Israelites hearts

But Caleb and Joshua (two of these spies) spoke in a different way. They saw possibilities and victories and they interrupted the rest of them by saying, "Let us go up at once and take control because we are well capable to overcome it” (Numbers 13:30). They charged the assembly further, “Just don’t defy against GOD! And don’t be panic of those people. Because we will conquer them! They didn't have protection and GOD is on our side. Don’t be afraid of them!” (Numbers 14:9 MSG).

Don't ever be afraid of your detractors and opponents. For example If you are a business, don’t put yourself in deep thoughts about how swayful your competitors are or get intimidated by the high-rise cluster close to you. Don’t become disturbed at the many investment multinationals you have to contact with. You are the seed of Abraham; so, you have the benefit. watch and talk differently.
