When sad people pray, they pray on the foundation of their hurt, offences, while stating they have forgiven. Refuse to harbour displeasure. No matter how emotionally hardened people may have acted to you, holding on to the pain and bad deed of that kind of experiences would just hurt your feelings, and ultimately affect you.

There are people that are unhappy as they lives, they have so much bitterness in them till extend when they are being advice to forgive those that offended them, they are not willing to let go.

If you don't forgive, you would allow circumstances to take your joy away in life. If you forgive others, it's not about who hurt you, it is about your own life it’s for your benefit. As long as you hold that mistreatment against those who that have hurt you, you are not free; you are in more trouble than the one with whom you’re angry.

If you have the heart to forgive others, you won't only live a happy and life that exist, you will enjoy unending sweetness in other people. When you free others, you become free.Yes, offences will come, according to the Bible; people will do things that may hurt or offend you, but never allow anger provoke and make you react negatively.

Use the Word to deal with negative feelings. If there is anyone you have been holding a anything against or has anything against you, take a step to make peace, No matter who who is at fault, because this is the will of God concerning you.

If you stay in the Word and walk in love, you would forgive easily. Be humble, kind, and not easily provoked. Let God’s important within you reach people as you relate with them in love. One of the beauties of the Word of God is its handy. Let go of all sadness.
