<div class="text-justify"> <p> Today I wanted to write a post about religion, money, education, relationships, the system, happiness, discipline, success and the current society, here the result of an interesting and long night of reflections and analysis where I gathered all those truths that we already know but from time to time is good to remember it to be happier, I hope you enjoy it.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"> <p> The system, this is where we are educated to work in a job that makes a millionaire richer while employees end up earning a salary for 40 hours a week, where they spend more hours in the office than enjoying life. Many times we spend a lot of time criticizing the system but we do very little to get out of it.</p></div>
<div class="text-justify"> <p> One of the things we must criticize is the education system, which doesn´t reward people according to their talents, it rewards students for their ability to memorize, prioritizing logical and linguistic intelligence and doesn't pay attention to the rest of intelligences such as musical intelligence, corporal, intrapersonal, etc. Many students are fish judged by their ability to climb trees (as Einstein mentioned) and therefore they grow up without believing they have a great potential that must be exploited. The education system shouldn´t pay so much attention to the IQ of young people, it should pay attention to their emotional intelligence, since this intelligence is closely related to success, controlling emotions will give students the tools to overcome difficult situations and will allow them to have better relationships that will be of great help in the future.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"> <p> We must not lose the fact that the world's wealth is in the hands of few people, another system failure, 1% of the world population has an equal amount of money than 50% of the poorest population of the planet, this means that the gap between rich and poor people is greater and the inequality that this presents is even greater.</p></div>
<div class="text-justify"> <p> In these days there are millions of people who are slaves of the system, losing their lives preparing and studying "the career of their dreams" to finish doing an arduous work in a job that will provide a salary that will barely allow them to live while the owner of the company they belong will continue to live happily earning more money.</p></div>
<div class="text-justify"> <p> One thing must be clear, the system is real, absorbs us and transforms us into machines ready to work. I am going to give you some advice that you have heard before and that will help you to get out of this system that oppresses us so much: "FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CONSIDER YOUR PASSION", the vast majority of people are unhappy because they don´t enjoy what they do, they live the day to day worried about paying the bills, they risk their health to get money and once they have it they must spend it in recovering the health again, all this would be avoided if we did the work of our dreams, if we are the best in what we do./p></div>

<div class="text-justify"> <p> People don´t understand they have the power in their lives, governments, businessmen, communism and capitalism look forward to end a very powerful thing all people have: THEIR DREAMS, a person who lives his dream and enjoys it never feels he is working, the thing person calls work really fascinates him and he can do it for many hours in a row because he is always motivated, and he is motivated much more when he is paid to do what he likes to do.</p></div>
<div class="text-justify"> <p> So, if we follow our dreams and do what we like, as a result we will be happy, but if we all know this, why does exist a large number of the population that doesn´t like what they do? It is very simple, the vast majority of people don´t know their talents, and when they know their talents they don´t know how to exploit them, perhaps many people don´t know their talents because of the educational system, or maybe some people didn´t experience a great variety of areas until they find one that will fascinate and entertain them completely, or they may not have been lucky enough to meet someone who told them that they are prodigies in a certain area and will highlight their gifts, even though it is not necessary to be a prodigy to succeed because what really makes us good at something is practice, remembering that sooner or later discipline will overcome intelligence.</p></div>
<div class="text-justify"> <p> Many people say they have dreams but in truth they don´t want them with great intensity, they don´t work enough to reach them and they don´t look forward for discipline, a faithful tool that helps those who fearlessly pursue their dreams, many people give up when they accumulate a lot of failures, which frustrates them and prevents them from continuing to fight for their dreams, without knowing that the key to success is having failed so many times that we developed a way to reduce our mistakes on a large scale to achieve excellence.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"> <p> it is not enough to pursue our goals, since happiness is not in a goal or in an objective, happiness has to be the path that is traveled to reach that goal, I explain this with an example, in the case of the students, they shouldn´t be happy only when they obtain a university degree, they should be happy every time they stumble upon a new topic and explore it until discovering the incredible and fascinating things that it has to give, in the case of athletes, they shouldn´t be happy only when they get the trophy, they are happy also when they have fun in each game, when they appreciate the beauty of each play, when talent and skill come together to disconcert the opponent allowing them to make an elegant and clean score. And just like these I could give examples with all the professions and occupations of the world, all to remember that happiness is not a goal, it is a path.</p></div>
<div class="text-justify"> <p> Just as enjoying the way is important, it is also important to achieve the objectives, for this we need practice and expertise in what we do. Malcolm Gladwell in his book "Outliers" mentions that it takes more than 10,000 hours to master any skill we have, to achieve that number of hours we require a large amount of discipline and most importantly: LOVE THAT ACTIVITY THAT IS BEING REALIZED. If we don´t enjoy what we do, it will be a great torture to spend more than 10,000 hours executing this activity, the passion for what we do is essential for success.</p></div>
<div class="text-justify"> <p> Day to day we see people increasingly unhappy and conformist, all the time they are complaining about the situation and everything that is happening around: the government, the economy, money is not enough, etc. Knowing that the situation can get increasingly complex (regardless of the country you are), you must dedicate yourself to the activity you love because this will generate the abundance necessary to get ahead. I have seen many videos of people criticizing the society that pays millions to athletes and artists instead of paying millions to doctors and scientists, but there is a powerful reason that explains why artists and athletes generate huge profits, they provide distraction to people who don´t enjoy their lives, they are the entertainment for those who spend 8 hours sitting in a job that bores them and at night they get tired in their homes looking for distraction and forgetting for a few hours of the monotonous life they chose. If we really loved our professions as it should be, people would not need to listen to so many concerts or see so many games to escape from reality, we would be more interested to know who the best professionals in our areas of interest and they would be recognized as super stars.</p></div>
<div class="text-justify"> <p> We are raised in the system since we were little and we cannot change that anymore, but once you understand that you are a pawn in a giant game, it is your decision, to continue in your daily work that doesn´t give you the emotion you are looking for, or to risk to pursue your dreams and be happy.</p></div>
<div class="text-justify"> <p> We begin to live in the moment we enjoy the present, accepting your past and leaving to think about the future, only in the present you can see everything that is around you and then you can enjoy the world that surrounds us, only living in the present you realize the power of words, the subconscious doesn´t recognize when you say the things at stake and believe everything you say, if we constantly repeat that we are useless in an activity, our brain automatically won't give 100% in it since he thinks he is "useless", but if we are intelligent and we take advantage of this ability of the brain we can use it to our advantage, repeating that we are good at this activity and adding to all that we are the phrase "the best": "I am the better student "," I'm the best engineer "," I'm the best lawyer ", etc. The phrase "the best" is very powerful because it tells your brain that you have to make the best effort because you believe you are the best and the best always strive and get the best results, and when I say the best I don´t mean better than the others, I mean the best version of ourselves, the only competition should be with ourselves and only being better than yesterday we will see the best of us today.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"> <p> Been the best also means having the best partner, and I don´t mean the one with the best physique, I mean the one that complements us, the one that loves us whatever happens and always wants the best for us, the one that treats us with respect and always seeks to make us happy. We need to fight against loneliness, I mean, we need to be happy even if we are without a partner, I have seen how many people decide to be with anyone who shows interest in them, even if they mistreat and disrespect them, just to avoid being alone, in my personal opinion this is one of the causes of the large number of divorces, and I have nothing against divorce, I think we should separate ourselves from a person who doesn´t contribute anything good to our life, I am against escaping desperately from loneliness with people who are not right for us. Many times we decide to be with anyone who fills the emptiness that loneliness generates, instead of looking for the right person that makes us completely happy, understanding that there are no perfect relationships, that discussions and differences exist in all relationships, in a couple there can also be bad and bitter moments, but when you are with the right person you know what is best for you and you want to leave the pride and resolve the differences.</p></div>
<div class="text-justify"> <p> Just as we must avoid relationships that we know beforehand that are not going to end well, we must also avoid toxic people, many of them are among our friends and family, we must avoid them because they fill our minds with negative ideas that prevent our brain from reaching its maximum potential. These toxic friendships will seek to humiliate us in front the rest of the group to which we belong and irremediably they end up betraying us. Forgiveness is a very powerful weapon in these cases, which will allow us to understand why they did what they did to us, with forgiveness we can return to peace within ourselves, but that friendship will not return and will end forever.</p></div>
<div class="text-justify"> <p> Forgiveness, love, peace, are the central themes of religions, I think in the end all religions seek the same but expressed in a different way: peace in ourselves. Each religion seeks that through different ways. Many people in today's society adore other gods, to whom we offer the greatest tribute we have, our time, the current gods such as the smartphone, laptop, television, tablet, etc., require our full attention to stay divine and not lose their greatness. The moment we realize that life on social networks will never be the same as life outside our screens, we will have a much happier society.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"> <p> It is also typical to talk about the god of money, but this is a taboo subject, all the time we hear that money is the cause of all evils and that it is not the most important thing, supposedly people with money are greedy people and they are millionaires or because they work until they explode, or because they steal money from others, a discourse explained by people who kill themselves more than 8 hours a day working for that money they criticize so much. Money is not bad, bad is to accumulate large sums of money and not share it with the people we care about. Money is the gateway to incredible experiences, with money we can live better and we can help others, if we use money better and invest it in good things well we will have financial freedom, instead of spending everything we have on unnecessary things.</p></div>
<div class="text-justify"> <p> To be born, to grow, to work, to reproduce and to die, from the beginning of humanity we summarize our existence in those brief words, life is one and it is gone in a moment, the only thing that remains in the end are the memories of that life we live, be happy, do the things you like and learn to see opportunities when others see misfortunes. Live your dream today so that tomorrow you will not regret it, tomorrow you will live it remembering all those good experiences that you live today and you will be a wise person with a lot to tell and a lot to teach.</p></div>
