Yesterday I only walked 7570 steps. In the morning I wrote my @actifit report plus another post about Catch 22, practiced doing pull-ups and dip hangs on the rings, had breakfast, played some organ duets with @laputis, then vacuumed the floor. In the afternoon we had lunch, I practiced Javascript exercise and wrote a post about it, wrote a post about a Kaizen principle, practiced some pull-ups and dip hangs, then drew a couple of Pinky and Spiky comics while sitting in front of the TV and finished my day by doing some curation and reading my spy thriller. It was the first day after a long while when I practiced Salutation of the Sun yoga exercise a few times during the day as well.
