Hello and welcome 

As the school year comes to a close.my days as well as nights preparing meals in my dorm room.is also coming to an end.I cannot wait for the summer to start.i love education.
but I hate school ๐Ÿ™ƒ.and so as my days become numbered here in my dorm room.Iโ€™ve decided to share how I prepare some of my old recipes .and also test out some new recipes that are quick and yummy while remaining on a budget.these meals are for people who are on the go and want a quick and tasty homemade meal rather then fastfood.

today Iโ€™m making my WORLD FAMOUS TACOS!well there not exactly world famous ๐Ÿ˜Š.but they should be ๐Ÿ˜†.as a young Indian girl who was adopted by westerners.i was brought up on Mexican food and soul food.
this is how I learned to cook dishes such as those.to me tacos are quick and tasty and I love that you donโ€™t need a lot of ingredients to make them.LOTโ€™S OF PEOPLE LOVE TACOS!๐Ÿ˜‹

Here are the ingredients.And cooking instructions.

You will need..

Seasoning salt (To taste)

Finely ground black pepper (to taste).

Ketchup.a dash on each taco.

Hot sauce. A dash on each taco.

2 slices of American cheese.(thinly sliced)

1/2 cup onion (diced)

8 White corn tortillas.

1 pound of ground beef.

1 cup tomatoes (diced).

2 cups lettuce (finely chopped).

1 cup oil (vegetable oil)

Preparation and cooking instructions..

Chop your lettuce and tomato as instructed above.then set them aside. In a large pan on medium heat. cook your  ground beef until brown.add your seasonings and chopped onion.
once your ground beef is finished cooking. Cover and set aside.

In a small pan place the oil on medium heat.when the oil heats up cook all of your taco shells for 40 seconds(keeping the shell soft but cooked).
