My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2019
今天周一下午上班的时候把制冰机进行了大清理，应为长期使用里边会出现“水垢”会影响到冰块的质量和卫生，这项工作由技术部定期清理，应为考虑拆卸和清洗时不能触碰到内部零件，还是影哥常说的一句话：“专业人干专业事！”这样省时又省力，也不会出现问题。P

今天晚班班前会对店内9月份“优秀案例”进行了分享，在分享的时候大家都很积极踊跃举手要上来朗读，由于数量有限，所以就选了几位平时班前会没有怎么上来“展示”过得家人；大家的朗读水平都很不错，该快的块，有故事情节的地方也能很有“感情”的充分发挥表达，很形象生动的让大家领阅！这次分享其中一篇是现场员工写的，写到自己在受伤的时候，某位干部对她工作上的的关心帮助，以及这位干部平时对工作的认真负责。文章写的很长而且很生动，同时也得到大家的“赞不绝口”，是的如果工作认真负责，员工一定是“看得见，记得清”，这些模范榜样，是我们共同学习的标杆！

今天休假，下午去接女儿放学，到家之后第一件事就是辅导她写作业，写的作业我看她可以单独完成，但是还有背诵的作业而且需要发语音到班级的微信群，是让背诵《鹿柴》王维的古诗词，本来她在学校也会读，中间有点细节发音，我又教了她一遍，协助她开始背诵，刚开始简单提醒她个开头，后来她有些不耐烦了说：“我会，不用你说”。于是她很勉强的会背了，但是我不太满意，这样的背诵可能明天早上就会忘记，并要求她必须连贯的背出来才可以，最后完成了，她很开心，我也很开心，并且奖励了她一个口香糖。学习这个问题是不能打马虎眼的，特别是现在初期阶段更要养成好习惯，不然以后就更不好改正，只要是学习就待认真，仔细！
