In the area of the house there should be a space for chickens with an age between 1 and 7 days, I mean chickens-babies, this is an area equipped with equipment to control the ideal temperatures to receive and maintain chicks -babies for 7 days, which will then go to the rest of the area of the house. The calculation for this area is 30 chickens-babies per square meter; and for the rest of the warehouse area
it will be calculated based on 10 chickens per square meter, where they will remain for 42 days, which is the time of the breeding cycle, considering them suitable for slaughter.
These parameters serve as a guide to calculate the density of the chicken population in the house, but it is important to size the area, to better manage the densities and thus avoid health problems and low yields.

We have said that for the area where chickens will be received, the advisable density is 30 chickens-babies per m2 and from 8 days to 42 days, the calculation is 10 chickens per m2.
