I'm going to be sharing my experience that almost raised my blood pressure due to selling my SBD.  
I know many if not all had in a time made this mistake, I hope you will learn from mine if you haven't yet. 

In the early days of sign up here on steemit, I made about 16SBD at a point and I felt like flying, out of the 16SBD, I sold 4SBD, then the exchange rate was at 1SBD to 6.99USD that's approximately 2000naira for 1SBD so I made 8000naira.
After 2weeks I needed cash so badly and I had about 12SBD left in my wallet  and the current exchange rate was about 2.31USD to 1SBD that's about 800naira, I waited for it to appreciate but it was rather depreciating, I ran out of patience and sold my 11SBD at 8800naira, to my greatest surprise within 48hours the value of SBD appreciated to 1SBD to 5.76USD, equivalent to over 2000naira, therefore my 11SBD would have been over 22000naira if I waited for the next 48hours, I lost over 13000naira within 48hours.

I know to some steemians it was very little compared to their story,  but it was everything to me, then I remembered my friend telling me not to sell my SBD that I would have still survived without having SBD but I hearken not to the voice of the Lord.

*Don't sell your SBD, invest,  save and make more profit. If you've lost already,  let it be a lesson as it was to me.*
