Sille Village is an important center of early christian era. There are rock churchs and monasteries in hills of Sille. İn Roman Empire period Emperor Constantinos’ mother Heleni went to jerusalem for pilgrimage. She passed from there. She saw these churchs and monasteries and dediced to build a big chuch to Sille Village. After that this church was built in 327. Now it is a museum. İt has great restoration. İt is one of the best places in Historical Sille village. Every weekend hundreds of people go there. İ’m happy that show and introduce this touristic areas to you.
