Nice to see more families joining steemit. I introduced my father, @spederson, to steemit and he just got his first major curation payment from @steemstem on his [article](https://steemit.com/steemstem/@spederson/big-falcon-rocket-the-challenges-part-two) about the BFR launch and the challenges astronauts will face when going to mars. Like I said, it is great to have families join steemit because it shows an interesting perspective that differs from seeing a singular user that is random and often times anonymous.

If you like cars a lot, I might suggest checking out a childhood friend of mien that I introduced steemit to as well. @sagitta6 **loves** cars specifically Nissan Skyline which he created a series after. Anyways, I wish you the best of luck on the platform and I hope you have much success!

It's always interesting to see higher profile people's parents,  significant others,  and friends join the platform.

 I have followed you and I will be looking forward to see what kind of posts you make in the future.

My parents recently retired as well and they are also searching for a cause.   Right now they're spending way too much time watching TV which I think is a terrible cause, but they seem to enjoy it.

I'm sure it's nice to have someone to help you with a project like steemit.

I dunno could be wrong, but as we grow older we tend to collect lot of experience but also a lot of caution. Some of it is justified but a lot of it is not. there is a lot to be said for relaxing and starting to question which fears are no long necessary. Does wonders for our posture and our postulations ha ha. Classic car, well done for taking such great care of it.

Make no mistake Steemit is a commitment... but very rewarding!

Congrats on your retirement! My mother absolutely loathed her job for 27 years but she was nervous about retirement... now that she is retired I asked her if she would go back... she said “hell no!” Lol

Training wheels off... Throttle down and go for it.  Older cars and transportation might be a great niche. Did you restore it?
