# Kashmir lockdown: Pakistan's ambassador on Kashmiri residents 'not being alone'

Dr Maleeha Lodhi told Sky News she is confident that the United Nations will do all it can to resolve the tensions in Kashmir. 

In her role as Pakistan’s ambassador to the UN, she told Sky News that India had taken the situation to 'the edge of the precipice'.
