고구마와 동치미

어릴적 추운 겨울날
간식이라기 보단 배고품을 해결해 줬던 고구마.
곁들인 동치미는 왜 그렇게 맛이 있었던지요. 
하기야 그 당시 뭔들 맛이 없으랴...

이것 말고도
땅에 묻어 두었던 배추 뿌리와 무우는
완존 별미였지요.

그 당시 울 부모님은
큰 무우를 반으로 잘라 숫가락으로 
삭삭 긁어  맛있게 드셨는데..

그때를 떠올리며 나도 한번 해보지만 
냉냉한 그 맛 적응이 순탄하지 않습니다.

간사한 나의 입맛이여....

최강추위 몰려오니 
어릴적 고구마로 끼니 때우던 그때가 생각나네요.

한파 몰아쳤지만 이것도 지나갑니다.

ㅎㅎ 진짜 맛있었는데 말이죠~ 겨울만 되면 마당한켠에 땅파서 김치 항아리 묻던 모습이 훤하네요~ 김치냉장고가 더 좋긴 합니다. ㅎㅎ
