RECIPE - "Rice from the sea"
<p><center>Hey, everybody. How are you? Today is a recipe for rice, and what better than a good paella with sea flavor. In the evening I made some prawns, and when I peeled them I reserved the heads to be able to make a delicious broth. And this morning I had no choice but to make this delight.</center></p>

<ul>
 <li>We can add the prawns to the rice at the end, but I decided to cook them and let them cool, to accompany the paella.</li>
 <li>In a frying pan, add all the chopped vegetables (except the tomatoes) and the squid, already cleaned and chopped, and leave to cook for 10 minutes over a medium heat.</li>
 <li>Then we add the tomato that previously we will have peeled and crushed and we stir, and we add the rice and we let it cook 3 or 4 minutes.</li>
 <li>Then we add the fish broth, we can also take advantage and add a little cooking water from the prawns.</li>
 <li>If you want to give it a yellow color, you can use a little turmeric. When there are 10 minutes left for the rice to be cooked, add the chopped monkfish and let everything finish cooking.</li>
 <li>Once it is ready, let it rest for 10 minutes and enjoy.</li>
