This is one of the anecdotes that many in the churches we wonder there the good Shepherd? as God our father sent to take care of his flock if avezar will see how the leader of the Church twisted the word of God many times at your convenience and to make a profit in the name of God, this time I write from my own experience, I belonged to a church where the leader of the Church towards things to their agreement and not to the will of God and that it angered me and I thought that is worth follow God if one person gets with leaders so they play with the needs of the people that you are looking for give your life to God and take advantage of the illusion of being next to God at some point in our lives, either the Rapture or the day that touch us to die to be next to our Lord, but if I tell you that that does not stop me to follow in search of white which is Christ Jesus. The word of God taught me that if you could enrage me but without sin and that did me apart from this Church as such and look for one which is practiced true love to God and where there are no judges nor hangmen, unlike where there is the love of brother , the love of Christ, the love of Shepherd to sheep and that God is the intercessor of our lives

It says the word of God for the good Shepherd

I am the good Shepherd"(Juan 10,11) is the fourth of the seven statements 'I am' of Jesus recorded only in the Gospel of John. These proclamations 'I am' targeting its identity and unique and divine purpose. Immediately after declaring that he is "the door" in John 10: 7, Jesus declares: 'I am the good Shepherd'. He describes himself not only as "Pastor", but as "the good Shepherd".

>>It is understood that Jesus is "the good Shepherd, not simply" a good Shepherd, as others may be, but it is unique in its character (Psalm 23, Zachary, 13, 7, 13.20 Hebrews, 1 Peter 2:, 25;) "" 1 Peter 5, 4).

The Greek word kalos, translated as "good", describes what is noble, healthy, good, and beautiful, in contrast to the bad and unpleasant. It means not only what is good inside, but it is also externally attractive. It is an innate goodness.

Therefore, to use the phrase "the good Shepherd", Jesus is making reference to his inherent goodness, justice, and beauty. As the Shepherd of the sheep, it is which protects, guides and nourishes his flock.

As did declare that he is "the door of the sheep" in John 10:7, Jesus is making a contrast between he and the religious leaders, the Pharisees (John 10: 12-13). Compare them with a "Merchant" or "hired hand" is not concerned about the sheep.

>>In John 10, 9, Jesus speaks of robbers and thieves who tried to enter quietly into the herd. In that passage the Jewish leaders (Pharisees) contrast is with Christ, which is the gateway. Here, Juan 10.12, mercenary contrasts is with the true or faithful pastor who voluntarily gives his life for the sheep

Who is an "employee" works for wages, which are their main consideration. Concern are not sheep but himself.

Interestingly, the shepherds of old were not usually flock owners. However, expected them to exercise the same care and concern to the owners. This was characteristic of a true pastor. However, some of the mercenaries thought only in themselves. As a result, when a Wolf appeared - the most common to the sheep that day threat - the Merchant left the herd and fled, leaving the sheep to be scattered or dead (John 10: 12-13).

First, to better understand the purpose of a shepherd during the time of Jesus, it is useful to realize that the sheep are completely helpless and totally dependent on the pastor. The sheep are always subject to danger and should always be under the watchful eye of pastor while they graze.

By valleys, sudden water precipitation and strong can drag, thieves can steal them and the wolves can attack the flock. David tells how he killed a lion and a bear while defending the flock of his father as pastor (1 Samuel 17,36).

Driving snow in winter, blinding dust and sand burning in summer, long and lonely hours each day, this pastor waits patiently for the welfare of the herd. In fact, the shepherds were often subjected to a serious danger, sometimes even giving their lives to protect their sheep.

Also, Jesus gave his life on the cross as "the good Shepherd" for your account. That would save others, although he had power, did not choose to save himself. "The son of man came not to be served, but to serve and give his life as a ransom for many" (Matthew 20.28).

By his voluntary sacrifice, the Lord made possible the salvation for all who come to him with faith. Claiming that he is the good Shepherd, Jesus speaks of "give" his life for his sheep (John 10.15, 17-18).

The death of Jesus was divinely appointed. Only through him we receive salvation. "I am the good Shepherd; I know my sheep, and I am known for my "(Juan 10,14)."

In addition, Jesus makes it clear that it was not only for the Jews who gave their lives, but also to "other sheep I have that they are not of this fold; I will also bring them, and they shall hear my voice; And there will be one flock and one Shepherd"(John 10.16). The "other sheep" is clearly a reference to the gentiles. As a result, Jesus is the good Shepherd of all, Jews and gentiles, those who come to believe in the (John 3.16.

I hope that the leaders of the churches here in the land do the opposite of what the creator and help us to grow in the way of the Lord</div>
