Smartphone Photography: Chocolate Fruit!

 *Hello everyone!*

 Plants with the scientific name ***Theobroma Cacao*** is a plant that is very popular among the people. Like the chocolate I photographed, my mother planted it next to her house.

 It still looks green. Usually, the brown fruit that is ready to be harvested is already yellow. When it is split, the chocolate fruit will show soft white seeds. Then do the drying in the sun until the seeds turn brown.

 Please note, that all delicious chocolate products come from processed chocolate fruit seeds. Before processing, chocolate fruit has a bitter taste, but after being processed it tastes very sweet.

 So, don't be surprised!  If you get the type of chocolate that tastes rather thick and rather bitter. That means, the pure chocolate that you consume.

 Hopefully it gives a little beauty to the chocolate my mother planted.😆 Regarding the benefits, I think there are many links that you can access.
