招募實習學生
每年這一個時間都是招募實習學生的時候，今天下午與一所大專學校老師傾談。了解我們今年能聘請多少實習大專學生。

上年，我們提供四位實習學生的崗位。

今年，我們說可以提供20位時，老師也嚇一跳。

以往因為我們的辦公點並不太大，實習也要提供「電腦」，可能提供「電腦」及軟件，已經比實習學生的津貼成本更多。但是在今年疫情下，學生及在職人士都習慣了「在家工作」。在這一個情況下，群聚也沒有好處。所以，實習崗位便可以做調節，可以在家工作，「遙距開會」。

在疫情下，原來可以「變則通」，反而可以開一條新路。

若有20位實習學生，雖然每人的實習時數有限，但是集合起來，可以做到一些比較大事情。並且，大專院校更可以給予一些支持，因為人數較多，竟然可以在暑假時，讓我們用學校的課室來開會。

實在太厲害。

我们这边在家办公需要提供手提电脑，有些部门还要付网费。一点都不省。这段时间一直要帮院内员工购买设备以便他们在家上班……
