PASTELITOS DE POLLO

¿A quién no se le antojan unos ricos pastelitos? En esta ocasión traemos para todos pastelitos de pollo.
Los ingredientes:

Cebolla
Pimentón
Queso blanco o amarillo
Masa para pastelitos
Pasas
Sal al gusto
Una pizca de azúcar
Pechuga de pollo
Aceite</div>

Con el tomate, el pimentón y la cebolla cortados muy finamente preparar una salsa criolla.

Luego, rebanar la pechuga que ha sido salcochada previamente.

Desmenuzarla dentro de la salsa.

Ir removiendo lentamente.

Mientras se cocina agregamos las pasas. En ese mismo momento añadimos la sal al gusto y una pizca de azúcar.

Cuando el guiso esté listo sacamos del empaque la masa para pastelitos.

Listo el relleno se deja reposar y se coloca una porción de guiso y otra de queso sobre la masa para pastelitos.

Para cerrarlas moje su dedo en agua y humedezca el borde de la masa.  Las puede cerrar de dos maneras: Pisándolas con un tenedor o haciendo lo que se conoce como un repulgue, que son pequeños dobleces de la misma masa.

En un caldero se pone a calentar el aceite y allí se fríen los pastelitos. Al dorarse se sacan y se colocan en papel absorbente.
