don't think you understood my point. Maybe this is better. the release is like a coin been flipped if there are no bugs it is heads and bugs/failure to release is tails. The only thing that can be priced in is the probability that it is heads. lets say expectation of a clean implementation is 90%, that still leaves 10% of it that is not priced in. I don't think I made that clear, sorry
