Gratin de boudin noir

<center>https://phillarecette.fr/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/gratinboudin-6.jpg</center> <br/><p>Pour accommoder un reste de boudin et au final un plat sympa qui change des recettes plus traditionnelles en reprenant des ingrédients souvent utilisés pour accompagner le boudin.</p>

<ul><li>1 boudin noir</li><li>3 ou 4 pommes de terre</li><li>1/2 oignon</li><li>50 grammes de lardons</li><li>4 cuillères à soupe de crème fraîche épaisse.</li></ul>


<p>Faire cuire les pommes de terre à l'eau bouillante salée avec la peau après les avoir lavées.</p>
<p>Dans le même temps faire revenir les oignons et les lardons dans une poêle.</p>
<p>Ajouter la crème fraîche et réserver.</p>

<p>Une fois cuite, éplucher les pommes de terre, les couper en tranches épaisses et les déposer dans un plat à gratin.</p>
<p>Enlever la peau du boudin et le couper en quatre.</p>

<p>Recouvrir les pommes de terre du mélange, crème, oignons, lardons.</p>
<p>Disposer les morceaux de boudin par-dessus.</p>

<p>Faire cuire à four chaud 200° environ 25 minutes.</p>
