Smoothie cerises amandes

Salut à tous,

une petite boisson smoothie avec des cerises bien mûres et du lait d'amandes.

Le plus long c'est de dénoyauter les cerises, je vous conseille de mettre des gants car le jus s'accroche bien à la peau.

Les mettre dans un blender et recouvrir à hauteur de lait d'amande.

Mettre quelques glaçons et bien mixer sans avoir oublié le couvercle bien sur mais maintenant il y a une sécurité pour les étourdis comme moi.

Et voilà une superbe boisson fraîche et le mélange amandes, cerises est magique.
