Tartelette Amandine
<center>https://phillarecette.fr/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/tartaamandine-7.jpg</center> <br/><p>Des petites tartes sans farine qui reste très moelleuse. A déguster tel quel, ou à garnir selon vos envies. Très simple et très rapide à faire. Je remplace le sucre par du miel.</p>

<ul><li>150 grammes d'amandes en poudre</li><li>60 grammes de miel épais</li><li>100 grammes de beurre fondu</li><li>2 œufs (contrairement à la photo)</li></ul>


<p>Casser les œufs, ajouter le miel et le beurre fondu et bien mélanger le tout.</p>

<p>Ajouter la poudre d'amandes en pluie tou en remuant pour obtenir une préparation bien homogène.</p>

<p>Remplir aux 3/4 des petits moules à tartelette.</p>
<p>J'utilise des moules anti-adhésifs, inutile de les graisser, l'appareil étant déjà riche en beurre.</p>
<p> Si vous utilisez des moules en inox il est préférable de les beurrer légèrement par sécurité.</p>

<p>Faire cuire à four chaud 180° pendant une petite demie-heure.</p>
<p>Surveiller la cuisson en fin de cuisson, vous pouvez recouvrir d'une feuille de papier cuisson pour ralentir la coloration.</p>
<p>Les laisser refroidir quelques minutes et les retourner sur une assiette pour les démouler.</p>

<p>Vous pouvez les garnir de crème pâtissière, ou les napper de chocolat et pleins d'autres possibilités selon votre inspiration.</p>
