Coffee and Philosophy: Abundance

I wrote about scarcity yesterday and how it's essentially just living life afraid to lose things or miss out on things and in turn causes us to do just that.  Today I'd like to talk about the opposite, how to live a life of abundance!  The first step to living a life of abundance is to be grateful for everything and everyone you have ever had the good fortune to encounter.  We control the narrative of our own lives, we can either be the person that is always suffering from all the things we don't want, or we can turn them into lessons in which we gain valuable information and we come out gaining something other than headaches, heartbreaks, and misery.  Living a life of abundance starts with knowing our own self worth and ability to succeed.  Do I think I'm worth driving five times further to get a coffee that I want?  Nope, I know I am and I don't tell myself why I am not or why I think it's absurd.  Keep in mind I don't usually invest that amount of resources into getting a cup of coffee, but if I want to who am I to not have what I want?  Namaste.
