Hello steemians this is my untalented contest entry, but how can I proceed without giving thanks to Almighty God for giving me the privileged to be alive today Its a new year and I am still here In good health to be a contestant in this contest, Thank you lord.

  My next acknowledgement goes to @surpassinggoogle for giving us the opportunity to pour out our heart as usual, a contest where i always have the freedom to showcase my flaws a contest with no rules no restrictions or limitations, untalented is the only cotest where we have no loosers, the most interesting part of untalented for me aside from fun reading those beautiful entries is that I never bother to read through and look out for errors so if you see any mistakes enjoy it, its part of the contest and again I proudly get to chip in pidgin when ever it pops up in my head as a typical Nigerian girl that I am that happens a few times in the process of writing but I get to compose my self lol. Thank you Sir Terry I love you and celebrate you, the Nigerian community appreciates you.

I know this is not a thanks giving session, but you guys have to forgive me, I cannot share any part of my steemit journey without giving honour to those due for it , I will like to acknowledge my wonderful steemit communities @steemnaira my grassroot community where it all started, a community where the leaders are ready to make sacrifices for the members a community where steemit newbies are of great love a community tightly knit, @genesisproject where I got to meet another set of amazing Nigerians with leaders so loving and down to earth, the members?? Their sense of humor is words can not explain, and my newly found lovers @steembies wawu in here love, kindness, support and generosity is the order of the day quite an amazing set of people I must confess.

How  can I forget those groups that made my stay on discord worthwhile @steemitbloggers @steemsugars @teamgirlpowa @steemgigs @unitedafrica @bluewaves the home of mentorship and knowledge, if you are not on discord then you are missing and if you are there yet to be in this groups then you should hurry, my last mention goes to just one steemian he is not in any of this groups, my number steemian and mentor, the 100% Nigerian, my one man battalion @greenrun thank you for never getting tired of my wahala, trust me, my wahala continues in 2018. Now I have more names popping up in my head, but I can't continue the mentions I love you all, you know your selves thank you all for the support and mentorship, I will never take them for granted.

Finally we are here  I will be writing about two basic aspects of my life steemit has touched.

If you guys saw my untalented contest entry, who am I, I titled it a mystery yet to be unfold, because even at that point of my life I was still unsure of the direction my life was heading, that post was a reflection of my life and my lack of clue about it and how I managed to shove away words from people who thought they had a clue and those who tried to help me define it. Not because I didn't wish wish to explore them but because I didn't and couldn't think of where to start.

Been the last child in my family, I watched my elder brothers take responsibility of the upkeep and well being of my family including the regular medications of my mum whom her health has been unstable for years now, though I became independent since I finished my secondary school, but I was really unable to contribute my quota like I would love to, this was quite heart breaking, I pitied my brothers and kept on wondering how they would manage to proceed into building their own lives with this huge responsibility at a young age.

Now I have a medium where I can share my trials and errors, a medium where I can explore and write on every topic, every ideas, a platform that has made me a researcher a writer a versatile person, now I realise my lack of clue was not a result of confusion it is because I am not meant to stick to one career, handwork or occupation my trying to do that was my source of confusion. Steemit is a channel to my self discovery
an amazing one indeed.

Now even as the baby of the house I can confidently donate and contribute to the welfare of my family without hearing "Funkeeeee where did you get this amount of money from"
yes I also brought my brother to steemit so he understands how we roll, I am really happy I can contribute to saving and keeping my mum alive. Though I am sure it is not really about her taking drugs, its so Obvious God has a purpose for keeping her alive and I am grateful to him for keeping her, I am grateful for him for directing my part online to steemit, I grateful for the privileged to part of this blockchain blessing.
