Of the beer I have tried from this brewery, the Uppercut IPA was hearty on the hops and delightfully citrusy. The cider, which we prefer to the beer, can be customized with the addition of fruit puree. I have tried it with guava and blood orange purees, also with no addition, and each time I was not disappointing. The hard cider is truly one of my absolute favorites around.  But aside from IPAs and ciders, their menu offers a variety of brews, from a sour blueberry ale to a chocolate milk stout. Of course they also create classics like pilsners and a hefeweisen. They brew all this quality beer onsite, you can even view the beers being created from large glass windows in the tap room.

Both the interior and exterior areas of the brewery are charming. The indoor architecture is marked by dramatic angles, many windows and dark wood accents. The outdoor patio is cozy, brick floored with  string lighting. In the summertime, the potted plants add a lovely pop of green, and you may catch a glimpse of the horses that frequent the trail that runs along the eastern edge of the patio. 

I also have to give this brewery an A+ because their small menu does offer plenty of vegetarian options, their crew is always knowledgeable and  kind, and  the beer is some of the best around.
