Programme 5: triceps
Je propose maintenant un entrainement pour les triceps.

Cette formation vise l'hyperthophie en proposant des séries avec peu de répétitions.

Le but est d'utiliser des charges assez lourdes pour obtenir un échec musculaire au dernier rep de chaque série.
