***KOPI restaurant, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand.***

* *We continue to go to KOPI restaurant. Which is near of the  LIGOR bakery. KOPI , a traditional coffee shop, But not just coffee with both savory and sweet food. There are many branches, each branch is decorated with antiques. Each shop has a table and chairs of the same style, white table with teapots. The staff will dress all the same. The unique thing that I see is that I know KOPI restaurant.*

* *Very few people, maybe because that day is Loi Krathong Day, People flock to go to the event. There are about 30 tables at the restaurant , both in  and outside, we choose to sit outside. The staff walked in to greet with smiles. Along with teapot.  Seniors called to postpone an appointment for another 1 hour, So we ordered food and eating together.*

***Chicken Biryani***

* *Chicken Biryani, a menu that many people like. It's easy to find chicken Biryani in my province,Because too many Muslims. One of the most popular menus of Muslims is chicken Biryani. Many restaurant make it very tasty, Also KOPI restaurant.  Smells very spice, use chicken leg meat Garnished with fried fragrant Served with sweet and sour sauce, help cutting greasy. Served with hot soup to help the throat tasted and very delicious. Good Biryani, not too dry or too wet, Soft chicken*

* *Another dish is tender pork and rice. Eaten with Jaew sauce, very tasty, really soft and juicy pork. Continue​ with the black coffee set, boiled eggs and toast.  Black coffee is very fragrant, tastes good. Before eating soft-boiled eggs We just add pepper and soy sauce. A large piece of toast served warm, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.*

* *Cold drink There is green tea, fresh milk, sweet and mild tea flavor. Taste good!!.....I don't drink coffee. But I like to drink tea,Especially green tea. The taste is perfect here. I feel refreshed when drinking iced tea. But drinking too much is not good for health*

*.....สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆ steemians ที่น่ารักทุกคน 😊😆.....สบายดีกันมั้ยคะ.....สำหรับวันนี้ ต่อจากโพสเมื่อวานค่ะ หลังจากเด็กๆได้ขนมที่ถูกใจจากร้านลิกอร์ พวกเราก็ไปกันต่อที่ร้านโกปี๊ ซึ่งก็อยู่ใกล้ๆกันเลยค่ะ คนในร้านไม่ค่อยเยอะ อาจเพราะวันนั้นเป็นวันลอยกระทง คนเลยแห่กันไปเที่ยวงาน......ที่ร้านมีประมาณ 30 โต๊ะ มีทั้งโซนในร้าน และด้านนอก พวกเราเลือกนั่งกันด้านนอก.....พนักงานเดินมาต้อนรับด้วยความยิ้มแย้ม พร้อมด้วยชาร้อน 1 เหยือก.....พอดีรุ่นพี่โทรมาเลื่อนนัดไปอีก 1 ชั่วโมง เราเลยสั่งอาหารทานกันไปพลาง*

*.....ข้าวหมกไก่ เมนูที่หลายๆคนชื่นชอบ สำหรับจ.นครศรีธรรมราช​ หาทานข้าวหมกไก่ง่ายมากๆ เพราะด้วยที่มีชาวมุสลิม​เยอะ หนึ่งในเมนูยอดฮิตของพี่น้องชาวมุสลิม​ก็ข้าวหมกไก่นี่แหละ หลายๆร้านทำออกมาได้อร่อยมากๆ ร้านโกปี๊ก็เช่นกัน จานนี้ของสามี  หอมเครื่องเทศมากๆ ใช้เนื้อไก่ส่วนน่อง โรยหน้าด้วยหอมเจียว เสิร์ฟ​คู่กับน้ำจิ้มรสชาติหวานอมเปรี้ยวช่วยตัดเลี่ยน มาพร้อมกับน้ำซุปช่วยให้คล่องคอ ลองชิมแล้วอร่อยมาก ข้าวหมกกำลังดี ไม่แห้งหรือแฉะจนเกินไป ไก่นุ่มรสชาติ​เข้าเนื้อ*

*.....อีกจานคือข้าวหมูนุ่ม ทานคู่กับน้ำจิ้มแจ่วเข้ากันสุดๆ อร่อยมาก หมูนุ่มชุ่มฉ่ำจริงๆ.....ต่อด้วยชุด กาแฟดำ ไข่ลวก ขนมปังปิ้ง....กาแฟดำ หอมมาก รสชาติ​ดีเลยทีดีเดียว ส่วนไข่ลวกเหยาะแม็กกี้​ กับพริกไทยลงไปนิดหน่อย แค่นี้ก็อร่อยแล้ว.....ขนมปังปิ้งชิ้นโต กรอบนอกนุ่มใน หอมเนย เสิร์ฟ​มาแบบอุ่นๆเลยค่ะ*

*.....ส่วนเครื่องดื่มเย็น มีชาเขียวนมสด หวานน้อย กลิ่นชาอ่อนๆ อีกแก้วเป็นชาดำเย็น เครื่องดื่มร้านนี้รสชาติ​ดีเลยทีเดียว....1 ชั่วโมงต่อมา รุ่นพี่มาถึงด้วยครวามเร่งรีบ คุยธุระกับสามีจนถึงประมาณ 1 ทุ่ม พวกเราก็ไปกันต่อที่งานลอยกระทง......*
