In my previous post, I have asked these questions. [Do you love yourself? I then proceed to share some ideas on [how you can love yourself more](https://steemit.com/popcontest/@positivesteem/positive-reflections-7-ways-towards-loving-yourself-more). In this post, I will share how you will be transformed if you practice self-love.
 
# 1. You Will Show Yourself More Self-Compassion
 
You will start to treat yourself more kindly. There will be reduced tendency for you to criticize your own faults or failings. You will also find it easier to forgive yourself when you make mistakes. You will treat yourself the way you will treat a best friend.  
 
# 2. You Will Be Happier
 
Once you start to show yourself more self-compassion, you will definitely be happier. When you love yourself more, you will make your mental wellbeing a priority. You will also tend to your emotional hurts. You will be more in touch with yourself and are more able to pursue the things that make you happy.
 
# 3. You Will Be Healthier
 
When you love yourself more, you will take better care of yourself physically. You will be more careful of your diet and make sure you have regular exercise. Your physical wellbeing will be a priority to you.

# 4. You Will Develop A Higher Sense Of Self-Esteem
 
When you show more love to yourself, you will be more aware of your own self-worth. There will be less tendency for you to seek validation from external sources or other people. You will develop a higher sense of self-esteem and be more confident. You will not let other people’s opinions affect your self-esteem.
 
# 5.  You Will Develop Charisma
 
When you practice self-love, you are more in touch with your own feelings and needs. You feel comfortable in your own skin. You will have the courage to express yourself uniquely on a daily basis and in doing so you will develop your own style. Other people will say that you have charisma or that you are very charismatic.
 
 
# 6. You Will Attract More Liked Minded People
 
When you are oozing with positive vibes, positive people will be drawn to you like a magnet. You will have an aura around you and people will want to be close to you. As you have treat yourself well, you will have the courage to reject those who treat you badly.
 
# 7. You Will Be More Driven To Achieve Your Goals
 
When you practice self-love, you will believe in yourself more. As such you will be more driven and motivated to work towards your goal. You are in a better position to face any challenges and obstacles head on. The end result is that you are more likely to achieve your goals.
