My Actifit Report Card: November 20 2018
Hello Everyone,
Another day gone by, here is my break down of activities today. I did not have any exercise this morning. I got up and left for the office.
The day went on pretty well and I did get in some steps at lunch time. After work I took some time to relax and recharge for my evening walk.
It had a great walk in the neighborhood, round the park then back home. Getting home I finished off with some rope skipping before I jumped into the shower.
On a different note, I have been looking at the crypto market. The prices are really low, screaming for more buys. Can you believe steem is at 40cents.
Why does this happen when I don't have extra fiat, then when I have fiat...bitcoin and the rest keep rising... damnit!!
This bear market is getting crazy.
