Hello Everyone 👋,
Welcome to the Thursday report 😊. It was another early start for me. I was out at the crack of dawn jogging around the neighborhood. The air was fresh and crisp as jogged along.
I got back home took a shower and headed to work collecting more steps on the commute. I got to the office a few minutes before nine. Today was busy and I had lots of stuff to get through.
At lunch hour I walked out to some warm sunshine 🌞. Grabbed my sandwich, walked back to the office and got on with the afternoon shift. 
Back home I took some rest and got ready for the usual sunset walk. It was a great walk and I did some push ups on camera to end the day with a bang. I did a few squats too😎
