First, the list is really badly translated, it's even a bit fabricated, as a lot of points are not in the original document, and a lot of others are missing...

If you want a real translation, here it is (I'm French by the way) :

**Economy/Work Related**

- Reunions about fiscality. Write in the Constitution that the State can not collect more than 25% of anyone's revenue.
- 40% increase of minimum wage and social minimums (minimum retirement pension, RSA - which is the no-activity pension)
- Massive hiring of civil servants, to restore administrations' service quality.
- Building of 5 million moderate-rent housing units (houses / flat with a low rent for poor people).
- Reduce banks' sizes.
- Cancel the debt.

**Politics related**

- Rewrite the Constituion (no more details), make more referendums.
- Lobby ban.
- Frexit : leave the European Union to be able to print money again.
- Put a stop to tax evasion.
- Put a stop at privatizations (highways, airports, parking lots, railroads).
- Fines : less automatic radars and stop video-surveillance-fining for road infractions.
- Exclude all ideology from the school system and review all education methods.
- Make justice free for all, multiply by 4 the budget of the Ministry of Justice.
- For the medias, break trusts, stop all collusion between media and political powers. Stop propaganda. Stop subsidizing.
- Guarantee freedom for all and write in the Consitution the interdiction for the State to intefere with education, health, family.

**Health/Ecology**

- Scheduled obsolescence : prolongate the manufacturer warranties up to 10 years, make sure spare parts are available.
- Plastic : Prohibit all plastic bottles, bags and other packagings.
- Big Pharma : Weaken their influence, review the health and hospital system.
- Agriculture : ban GMOs, pesticides, endocrine disrupters, mono-cropping.
- Re-industrialization : diminish imports hence pollution.

**Geopolitics**

- Leave NATO immediately and forbid the French Army to participate in "aggressive" wars (wars that are not just only defensive)
- France and Africa : stop the looting, and politicial and military interferences. Bring back all french soldiers. End the France CFA system. Give back all ill-acquired goods to the African Nations.
- Immigration : stop all immigration.
- Foreign Policy : respect International Laws and all signed conventions.

The "Paris" movement (that get the most attention) is really marginal, as housing prices are so high in Paris, that people who live there are the "1%", not concerned by the problems encountered by the *Yellow Jackets*.
The movement is really active in the regions, in the rural / small and medium cities areas.
