Oregon's legalization works pretty well. The weird thing is that all canabis has to be tested for purity. And there testing is far better than testing done of foods. They test for pesticides, herbicides, fungus, molds, etc. Yet anyone, with a license can grow/sell it. We do track each and every plant...so if heavily armed federal agents (AKA the DEA) invade and take State records...we're all fucked.
