Feeling discouraged isn't a nice feeling, but its important that we don't let ourselves get overwhelmed by  it. Having a positive attitude towards it is sure the way out! And as you said, lets not focus on the problems but the solutions.

Discouragement is always bound to come to play, it's part of the journey.

Hummmmm  always get motivated with  you  post lesson learnt how  to  deal  with  discouragment

Also cutting off negative friends. Friends who are always pessimistic about things. Friends who are always discussing about how things wont work can influence ones level encouragement negatively.

Beautiful article @prettyjules158. Now I have gotten more enlightenment on how to handle discouragement and how I can motivate others to over come it.

The worst we can do is give in to discouragement and surrender to him.

**Some examples of discouragement?**

In the labor or in the loving thing. Who has not felt devastated when being fired unfairly or simply, when we do not have a job? We feel depressed and question life if it was fair or not. We do not think that things are presented for some reason or that we can look for a better job.

Just like when we finish with that person, most of us can not maintain a stable mood. Depends on how hard it is, it can last weeks, months without knowing how to recompose ourselves.

Since I read a phrase that says: "If you want God to laugh, tell him your plans", I understood that we do not own our plans and that finally, when they do not happen as we wanted, it is because we had to live that to learn some things.
That lesson should help us face the new difficulties and see that even in difficult times we have come out ahead.
Perseverance and good intentions always give us good results.

the opposite of discourage which is courage is still the only solution for discourage. Life don't always gives what you deserve, so you feel discouraged when life throws you ridicule thighs but the best thing is to move on and face it with courage
