Correct :) Our German/Finnish provider does not allow IPFS, and they have firewall rules in place that suspend any servers that try to run it. We've applied our own firewalls to attempt to stop people from being able to run it in the first place, to cut down on the abuse emails we get from the provider. It's fine in the US though :)
