Every day we deal with different types of people, either in the workplace, either in school or in society. Human is a social creature and it's hard for them to stay isolated and away from society, in fact, it's impossible. How much you are introverted and keep yourself isolated, it doesn't matter because you can't avoid people from society because we live in a society, we don't live in the jungle. 

If I compare this society with the ecosystem, then it's okay to have different types of people for balance, otherwise, this is not the definition of life. Some people will rule, some will suffer, some will struggle and some will live life like a king. It's hard for me sometimes to define the people whether they are good or bad because if I start judging people, I become confused. The reason is very simple, one person can be bad to me but they are respected in society because of reputation. Reputation and power remind me that many people abuse their power and they try to control people for no reason, just like the government tries to control citizens. It's the character of a human being.

In our life, there is always a person who is really difficult to deal with. Their mindset is complicated, extremely difficult to understand, and hard to deal with them.  They give other stress and their complicated mind/thoughts always make other people's life complicated. I am not talking about critical thinking people, I am talking about those who are negative and spread toxicity in other's life. Unfortunately, this type of toxic people is everywhere especially in the neighborhood or religious communities or around you can be seen...

It's really important to recognize the toxic people because they have a promising power to damage other people's mindsets and can seriously damage an individual's mental health. There is also a possibility to harm physically as well. So, it's important to learn the signs of toxic people and stay away from those people.

I have seen many toxic people around me, the maximum was from society and neighborhood. Obviously I have seen professional jealousy but some jealousy can destroy other people's mindsets. Now the question is why these people are known as toxic? Why do they do this?  

I personally feel that their mindset is so negative and full of jealousy. Some people love to give stress to others consciously knowing the result or how much damage it can cause, they just love doing that... Just like some people love to gossip and bitching about others...

I personally think it's okay to cut toxic people from your own life, I mean the person who is difficult to handle and gives you mental stress, it's better to avoid them. I have also seen that some relation become poisonous due to time, basically, it happens because of a toxic mentality or when an individual mind is full of toxicity. 

It's better to set boundaries to avoid this type of people though it's not easy. But first, you have to identify toxic people and should start to avoid them. Because if you allow them in your life, your life, your mental condition will be destroyed at a certain point.

## Who are these toxic people :

- Those who don't respect others and cross the limit.
- Those who don't consider other people's feelings.
- Those who try to manipulate the situation and blame others instead of understanding their action.
- Those who are not ready to compromise and create drama. 
- Those who create stress, anxiety, and cause damage...

<br>

I have written some basic ideas to identify toxic people but there are many signs to identify them...

Last but not least, it's up to you to understand who exactly is a toxic person for you...
