## Proof of Brain(PoB)
Proof of brian is a very simple word, to a lay man, it can be said to be a proof that is gotten from the brain but when it comes to steemit we know proof of brain has the process in which individuals or steemians can produce a content that is creative and has much quality with no plagiarism and with this the individual will be rewarded for such production as a mean of encouragement.
It can also be said to be a means in which curators upvote an individual content due to how creative and the quality that the content has in it. The upvote is made up of steem dollars, steem, steem power and tron all of them are claim after 7 days. Steem is mostly given when an individual is participating in a contest or if the individual have delegates steem power to any community he or she will be rewarded.
In POB, it is both the author and the curator that are rewarded the curator will be rewarded with steem power while the author will have steem power, tron and steem

To me curation is a way in which a steemian is been rewarded after production of a good and quality content that is creative, attractive without any trace of plagiarism or spamming.
Here, the percentage of upvote that the curator give the author determine the reward in sbd,trx and steem power. In curation the curator also benefit in that he or she received steem power while the author he upvoted has steem power and steem dollars and tron.
Curation play a very important role in steemit in that it is a way in which an individual get reward or encouragement for what he or she take time to produce which is always creative and attractive and by this will motivate the user to do more.

Steem power has to do with measuring the level of influence that an individual has in the steemit platform and by this it means that the amount of steem power that an individual has is the level of influence or the more influence he or she will have in the platform.
Steem power is what enable individual in the platform to post, to comment, upvote a quality post and also down votes a plagiarized post.
For a newbie the steem power that he or she will be given is always 15sp to start with.
Steem power can also be converted into fiat currency without affecting the market price, it is important for individuals to build their steem power because it also help them in earning high when you are to be upvoted in your own post.
Steem power can also be delegated to other steemian to help them engage in community activities
Individuals with enough steem power have more benefits in that the can participate in so many things such as the advance level in cryptoacademy, in creating and managing community unlike someone with less steem power who can only do beginner task or level of cryptoacademy or may not be able to do all this like create community with more followers.

Self upvote is a bad behavior when it comes to the steemit platform, it is a way of creating a content and also rewarding your self when you know that sometimes you may not deserve the upvotes but you do it because you have the power to. It can also be said to mean the curator curating his own post. It means that the individual believe in his or her work and may upvote it even if it plagiarized which is bad and by this can discouraged newbie from subscribing to the community or joining the platform.
If an individual practice self upvote and at the same time manage or own a community many steemian will not love to participate in any contest he or she may organize because the will feel that no matter how creative their post is the person will not upvotes them but rather upvote himself
