Weekly our mentors hold workshops and feedback sessions for our community members. These sessions are for everybody and a member can receive specific feedback for a subject or general feedback. Below you will find the details.

These are all the votes we have given out this week. All of the votes are given out mannually and about 95% are given to people who **are members of Promo-Mentors Discord channel.**

The votes are given to:

* Quality content creators and projects
* To newcomers for encouragement (if they show engagement within the community)
* Winners of our community events
* Our team members for the work (about 1 vote for each 2 hours spend)

Our team is actively looking for people with promising initiatives. Once they are chosen, they will have an access to our Review Room for a limited time. Depending on the quality of the work of the proposed Steemian they will grant access to link their post in our review room for a certain time (between 2 and 8 weeks). Everybody including non-team members who help us find these people will receive a finders bounty.  For week 26 we do not have any chosen Steemian to have access to the review room.
