## *Daily activity:* 
  
* Cycling to work and from work 
8 km with 50-meter elevation, unfortunately it was raining when I was going home, got wet as Niagara 

* Working in catering service for 8 hours 
Walking around 11 km, not busy day

* No workout 
Need to start soon, tomorrow maybe
